Delete Your Data

Rits Sports respects your privacy. You can delete your account and associated personal data at any time using one of the methods below.

Option 1: Delete in the mobile app (recommended)

Open the RITS Sports app and sign in.
Go to Profile from the menu.
Tap Delete Account and confirm.

This permanently deletes your account and personal data. This action cannot be undone.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

Email support@ritssport.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request and include:

Your registered email address or phone number
Your full name
A brief statement confirming you want your account and data deleted

What we delete

Profile information (name, email, phone number, profile picture)
Account credentials and authentication data
Activity history, including events, bookings, and registrations
User-generated content such as ratings, reviews, or testimonials

Data we may retain

We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as fraud prevention, security, and legal compliance. Any retained data is kept only as long as necessary.
